ZONNIE BAUER
Zonnie Bauer is a seasoned Pilates instructor with an impressive career spanning over 22 years. She trained in Toronto at the International STOTT Pilates Center, where she honed her skills and expertise in both classic and contemporary Pilates techniques.
Her unique method focuses on core strength, posture correction and improving flexibility, mobility and control. She has worked extensively with clients who have back, neck and joint pain and who need posture correction, core strength and injury rehabilitation.
Zonnie's extensive background includes over 30 years of teaching dance and personal rehabilitation, utilizing a diverse range of techniques. Drawing on her vast experience, she tailors specific programs for each individual client, assisting them in meeting their personal goals. Zonnie has also played a crucial role in supporting professional athletes, including golfers, runners, dancers, equestrians, swimmers, martial artists, and more, helping them condition and enhance overall performance.
Whether you're a novice, an elite athlete, or anywhere in between, Zonnie believes that Pilates can significantly contribute to improving mind/body awareness and control.
OLGA HANSEN
With a wealth of experience, Olga Hansen is a valuable new addition to the Zonnie Bauer Pilates team!
Olga is trained in The Sheppherd Method of classic Pilates and has a certificate in Human Anatomy from Harvard Online.
Olga's training style is characterized by her ability to adapt and tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of her clients across different levels and abilities. ERIC HAUN
Eric is an exceptional addition to the Zonnie Bauer Pilates team, bringing with him an extensive background in rehabilitation, health, and fitness.
Certified in Pilates since 1999, with over 500 hours of training and a six-month apprenticeship program, Eric has spent over 20 years teaching in the Los Angeles area across various studios, clinics, and offices. His expertise extends beyond Pilates, encompassing collaboration with doctors and physical therapists for rehabilitation, strength, and flexibility training. He has also worked with chiropractors and massage therapists to create holistic training programs for clinic clients.
Eric's diverse certifications include three Pilates certifications, 200 hours of Hatha Yoga training in Thailand, and training at the prestigious Alvin Ailey Dance Center in New York City and the Colburn School of Performing Arts. His extensive experience in private clubs, chiropractic offices, Pilates studios, and doctors' offices showcases his versatility and dedication to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
With a lifelong passion for athletics and a 15-year professional dance career in the United States and Europe, Eric brings a unique perspective to his teaching. His comprehensive fitness knowledge includes weight training, yoga, mobility training, rehabilitation, breath training, meditation, nutrition, and recovery techniques. Eric's firm yet fun teaching style and personal commitment to practicing what he teaches resonate perfectly with the Zonnie Method.
