This online class is an hour truly dedicated to yourself and your goals!
If you have poor posture, aches and pains, a weak core or back, poor flexibility, tightness in your hips, lower back, neck and shoulders or just want to improve your breathing and feel energized...this class is for you!
After 10 to 15 minutes of guided stretching, I will lead you through a series of mat pilates (no equipment needed) core exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen and balance your body. The exercises build on each other, moving from simple to more advanced. We will finish with standing exercises to improve your balance.
You do not need experience to do this class. I will guide you through it and you will learn the technique as you go. If you have previous Pilates experience you will appreciate the detailed cueing to help you with correct form. You will be challenged. The classes are customized to fit the experience level of the students for each particular day.
All you need is a laptop, iPad or smart phone with the Zoom App downloaded and an exercise mat, rug or towel. To set up, just arrange the camera of your device so you can see me and I can see your whole body. I keep an eye on all students and will give feedback and corrections in a general manner (no names) to help when needed.
After your complimentary class, the cost is $20 per class.
