1. FREE Mat Pilates Sessions: Discover the magic of Pilates with our FREE 45-minute Mat Pilates sessions. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or new to the practice, we will guide you through movements that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energized. Sessions will be held at 10:15 AM and 11:30 AM – a perfect opportunity to experience the transformative power of Pilates firsthand.
Please Note:
All levels are welcome – whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Don't forget to bring your own mat for the Mat Pilates sessions.
2. Delightful Refreshments: Sip, savor, and mingle with fellow Pilates lovers as we indulge in a spread of delightful refreshments. It's a chance to connect, share stories, and make new friends who share a common interest in holistic well-being.
3. Studio Tour: Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of our private Pilates studio and get well acquainted with our Pilates equipment. Both my new instructor Olga and I will be available to answer any questions you might have and provide insights into the benefits of Pilates.
