How To Stay Consistent with your Pilates Journey While On Vacation.

Every summer many of my studio pilates clients travel and go on vacations. Vacations are a great way to relax, spend time with those you love, explore fun new places and activities, or try new culinary delights. Some clients suffer, however, from new aches and pains, caused by increased activities such as hiking, biking, camping, long walks, lots of eating, etc., and even experience uncomfortable effects of inactivity from a long plane or car rides or even simply having a more sedentary lifestyle than normal.

Whether you do Pilates to get fit, to recover from an injury, to improve your posture, or any of the other amazing benefits of Pilates, consistency is key to maintaining your hard-won results.

Here are my top five Pilates Mat exercises you can do anywhere. Click on each for a demonstration and my tips.
