Zonnie Bauer Pilates programs are designed specifically for each individual to build the foundations of correct posture and alignment and to achieve personal goals. We specialize in one-on-one sessions on all the Pilates equipment.
Every client begins with a full posture evaluation, comparing your current posture to the ideal posture. Next you learn proper breathing, how to find your deep core muscles and how to activate those muscles. From that, an individual program is designed to correct any misalignment, strengthening weaker muscles and lengthening dominant muscles while building the core muscles.
